FICO Eataly World is looking for a Checkout and Visitor Receptionist.

The Checkout/Reception Attendant is the first point of contact for organized and individual visitors to Parco Fico. In addition to providing information, it contributes to regulating and directing user flows, collaborates in custody and surveillance activities , carries out sales and collection activities for tourist services sold in the Park.

DUTIES (Main responsibilities):

• It takes care of the welcome, provides primary information on the routes, on the operators present and on the multimedia installations, on the services, on the events and on the activities prepared for the visitors of the Fico Park.
• Conducts tours in the Park for groups of visitors.
• It carries out activities relating to the booking of visits and events and/or the dissemination of information and promotional materials.
• If appointed, he can also take care of people's safety - verifying the proper functioning of the safety and prevention systems and intervening in emergency cases.
• Collaborates to the success of educational services.

• Linguistic high school diploma or a degree in humanities or tourism-commercial sciences. Technical-professional skills fundamentally refer to knowledge of communication techniques and management of relations with the public.
• Knowledge of the English language is essential.
• Mastery of the main IT tools.
• Having gained experience within organizational contexts linked to the tourism sector.
• The profile is completed by excellent organizational and relationship skills, spirit of initiative and problem solving, autonomy and determination and experience in selling tourist services.
